Essence Studio Nails review & two swatches

Yesterday I bought two new polishes by Essence. Their Multi Dimension line has six new colors. Here are the swatches.

This pretty taupe is called Most Wanted.





And this very dark blue one is called Midnight Rocket.







The Multi Dimension line is all about lots of shine. I love the eye-hurting shine in a color like Midnight Rocket, it makes the color pop. I liked that effect a lot less in Most Wanted.

But.. there's something I'm much more excited about. I've read on a couple of blog, as well as on their own site, that Essence was going to launch Studio Nails stickers in October. Well, I saw them in the Essence display yesterday! I bought one to try them out.
Essence Studio Nails stickers offer 14 different designs. I'm not sure how much one package costs anymore, but I am sure it was inbetween 1 and 2 euro. So that's a nice price. There's 14 stickers in one package, this way you can start with figuring out which sticker will fit best on which nail (also means you can wear them once). You stick it on, bend the excess over your nail edge and file it off. Done :)

I bought the design Unexpected!, it looks like broken glass :D The first few nails went really well, untill my index finger. It seemed that this nail was 'less flat' on the surface than my other nails, because of this the stickers wound't properly fit. Same thing on my other index fingernail. You can see it very well in the pictures.

Even though the index fingernails look messed up, I love looking at my nails right now (typing is niiice ^^) The quality is good for the friendly price, which is something I'm getting used to with the nail products of Essence. I'm sure I'll get some more designs really soon, I actually think I'll also buy this design again.
